Here is a list of MOST of the weapons that you will encounter through out the game. There's more to this list but some of them are grenades, land-mines, etc.
SOCOM
This handgun was developed under request from US SOCOM (Special Operations Command). It is the first offensive handgun for US Military since the adoption of the Colt M1911 Govt. The SOCOM is an extremely reliable and powerful combat pistol.
PSG-1
The PSG 1 Counter-Sniper Rifle is design for semiautomatic precision sniping use by antiterrorist units and law-enforcement special-weapons teams. The PSG-1 is mechanically based on the G3 rifle and features a low-noise bolt closing device.
M9 Beretta Pistol
The M9 Beretta pistol is the standard Army sidearm. A semiautomatic, double-action pistol, the M9 is more lethal, lighter, and safer. The M9 is carried by crew-served weapon crewmen and by others who have a personal defense requirement, such as law enforcement personnel and aviators.
M4
A light weight version of the M-16. The M4 can fire 700-1,000 rds a minute rate. Features a collapsible stock and short barrel, the ability to mount the M203 grenade launcher, and a removable carry handle that allows quick changing of scopes.
RBG6 Grenade Launcher
RBG6 is manufactured to the same standards as the South African Armscor MGL grenade launcher. By 2000 these weapon were being common in the Croatian military structure.
Kalashnikov AKS-74U
The AKS-74U was intended as a personal defense weapon for tanks, guns, helicopters and other vehicles crews, and for the special operations forces. The AKS-74U is popular among its users due to its compact size, which allows it to be carried in the cars and even concealed under the clothes. Its range of fire is greatly limited by the poor accuracy at extended ranges, while the bullet itself remains its lethality at much greater ranges.
STINGER Missile Launcher
Light to carry and relatively easy to operate, the Stinger is a passive surface-to-air missile, shoulder-fired by a single operator, although officially it requires two. It can attack aircraft at a range of up to 15,700 feet (4800 m) and at altitudes between 600 and 12,500 feet (180 and 3800 m).
USP Pistol
A universal weapon for police and military forces, available in a variety of versions and sizes. The trigger is double-action, with an external hammer, an automatic firing pin safety and a frame-mounted lever, which may operate differently in different versions of the pistols. Each pistol can be easily adjusted by a gunsmith to any trigger mode configurations.
